Who is Jacqueline Moore?Jacqueline Moore is currently researching and writing 'The Seven Failings of Really Useless Leaders', the third book she has written with Steven Sonsino. Until the launch of 'Leadership Unplugged' in June 2003, she was a senior journalist on the London Financial Times, working on the Front-Back Newsdesk. In her 16 year career at the Financial Times, Jacqueline was launch editor and writer of the backpage FT View column, and she was also launch production editor of the Business Travel Page. In 1999 she launched and wrote a backpage e-business column, covering the most turbulent period to date in the evolution of the internet. Jacqueline co-designed and co-taught on the first Workshop & Facilitation Skills course on the MBA programme at Cranfield School of Management in 1999 and has since presented and taught on a range of management development workshops. Jacqueline is a former Director of the Journalism Training Centre, the only independent media communications business to win a National Training Award — "for excellence in training" — from Michael Portillo, then Secretary of State for Education and Employment, in 1994. The business was also made Small Business of the Year in 1995, in the DfEE's Enterprise Agency Awards. Jacqueline's corporate clients have included Redwood Publishing, publisher of a range of titles for the BBC, and Nexus Publishing, one of the UK's fastest growing media groups. Jacqueline has also taught on 'Handling the Media' workshops for a range of coporate clients. Back to top4. Who is Steven Sonsino?Steven Sonsino is a motivational leadership speaker, author and business school professor specialising in high-performance leadership and the execution of corporate strategy. He is a Fellow in the Centre for Management Development at London Business School. From 2001 until 2003 he was Director of the Emerging Leaders Programme, one of the School's flagship open general management programmes. In 2002 Steven founded and chaired the Tomorrow's Leaders Research Group, an informal research consortium for the school, and he was worked on programmes for clients including Conoco Phillips, ExxonMobil, Whitbread and HSBC among others. Since 2003, Steven has been one of the highest ranked professors at Escola de Gestao do Porto in Portugal and his Strategic Leadership Programme has been one of the school's highest rated programmes. He launched the Leadership Alliance, a major consortium programme for Portugal, in partnership with EGP and Nova Forum, Lisbon, in 2004. Steven is also a visitor at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, where he works with clients including Deutsche Bank and Sony Ericsson. Back to top5. What is your spam and privacy policy?We consider the privacy of our clients of the utmost importance and we work hard to protect it. a) We do not rent or sell lists and we do not share client data with any other client or service. b) We note for statistical purposes what pages the visitors to our websites visit and we aggregate information volunteered by visitors, through surveys, for example. This information is used to improve the quality of the content of our web site, to notify our customers about updates to our website and to contact our clients in the course of customer support. c) We use a double opt-in, permission-based system to ensure that people only receive email from us when they have confirmed that they wish to receive email. However, if consumers do not wish to receive any of our regular emails in the future they may unsubscribe immediately. What is your delivery and shipping policy?For hard goods, such as CDs, DVDs and educational bundles we send items in stock within 48 hours by the fastest mail service available. If an express or courier mailing is available, it will be shown as an option in our shopping cart system and you may select this option if you wish. Back to top7. What about refunds and returns?If any hard goods are technically faulty we will offer a full refund or a replacement as soon as the faulty goods are received back here at Moore Sonsino Limited. We will pay your return postage. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the products, then you should simply email within 30 days of receipt of the product or service.
